Privacy Policy — CATABASIS and CATABASIS: Demo

Effective date: 3 August 2026

This policy covers both CATABASIS (com.suddeninteractive.catabasis) and CATABASIS: Demo (com.suddeninteractive.catabasis.demo), offline games published by SuDDeN Interactive. Both apps behave identically with respect to your data.

Data collection: none. Neither app collects, stores, transmits, sells, or shares any personal information or usage data with SuDDeN Interactive. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no third-party tracking, and no advertising identifier is read or used. Neither app has the INTERNET permission and neither app itself makes any network connection.

Permissions. The only Android permission either app declares is VIBRATE, used solely for haptic feedback during play. It transmits nothing and is not used to identify you or your device.

Local saves and Android backup. Game progress, settings, records, and collected Archive entries are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Because Android backup is enabled, Android may include this local data in a device or cloud backup and restore it on another device, depending on your device, account, and backup settings. Any such backup is controlled by Android and your backup provider; SuDDeN Interactive does not receive or have access to it. Uninstalling removes the app's local copy, although a backup may remain subject to your provider's settings and retention practices.

Links out of the app. The demo's end screen contains a button that opens the full game's Google Play listing in your browser or Play Store app. That hand-off passes no information about you; once you leave, Google's privacy policy applies to what happens there.

Children. Neither app collects data from anyone, including children.

Changes. Any future change to this policy will be published at this URL before taking effect.
